"Great food with small dining area. May be a little more tex mex; according to my friends from Texas than authentic Mexican, but really good!! Food is based on their normal traditional, no different than Kansas vs Geogia barbecue. The tortas and gorditas were great as they were served. You may wanna specify your burrito ingredients and request a box as well, because your not eating it all. Depending on the dish, some prices are a bit high; but the quality is good. Would I recommend as a comfort dining with good food? Most definitely."

"Best taqueria in town by far! Worth the drive over the river!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our fried gorditas (stuffed corn tortillas) with chicken and one with chicharron (pork skin). The flour Al pastor tacos on homemade tortillas were unreal! We moved from Arizona and this is by far the best we’ve had in the area."

"Wow! This taqueria knows how to do it. Taco's done right. The charro beans are irresistible. Only thing that would make it a step better if they serve. Cerveza."

"The carne asada taco was the best taco I tried here, it had a nice flavor to it! The Al pastor was pretty good but I thought the carnitas taco was too oily. I really like how they cook the onions for the tacos rather than them being raw. I’d come back here & get more carne asada tacos! It was the best food I had while temporarily being in the area."

"Today I ordered 2 lengua tacos (handmade tortillas) with raw onion and 2 tamals with the tasty jamaica.... I love this authentic establishment. It never disappoints! 10/10"

"We ordered 2 carnitas sopas, barbacoa huaraches, carne asada burrito and carne asada Torta and devoured all of it. Very good food and appreciate that they are in Bridgeton. If you like the loco taco in new Bern, you will enjoy this place. Worth trying it and will be back for sure!"

"Came here with my wife while visiting New Bern and was pleasantly surprised! The food was prepared quickly, fresh, and tasted amazing. Homemade Agua frescas, tortillas and the service was very good. Its a little restaurant tucked in at the end of a little strip but if you're ever in the area, definitely try this place!"

"We have been all over the US, and this restaurant is definitely one of the best ones out there. We ordered Menudo, Quesa Birria Tacos, Chicken Quesadilla, Huevos Rancheros, Lengua Taco, Tripa Taco and Tortilla de mano. Everything tasted fresh, and the customer service was as good as the food (good). Highly recommended. Just a few minutes out of New Bern, NC. Check my reviews for references."
